How long does shipping take?
Normally 1-3 working days after placing your order. We aim to dispatch your items within 48hrs after purchasing. To find out more on delivery, take a look at our shipping policy here.
How do I return an item?

I received a faulty item, what do I do?
If you received a faulty item email firstname.lastname@example.org straight away and send us a photo of the damage/fault. We will inspect the item and, if confirmed faulty, we will issue you a full refund.
Am I able to make an exchange?
Yes, if you wish to exchange please email us at email@example.com. We will check stock availability and email you back a free postage label to send the item back to us. After we receive this one, we will then send out your new item.
My item has not arrived, is it lost in the post?
Sometimes Royal Mail can be a little delayed (mainly during bank holidays, postal strikes and the Christmas period). We recommend you hold tight for 7 working days to see if it is a little late and turns up in the post. If it still hasn't arrived, no problem, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out quickly.
How do you package your jewellery?
We offer two tiers of packaging and you can select which tier you'd like at our checkout.
TIER 1) Recycled magazine paper. This option is free.
TIER 2) Reusable jewellery box. This option is £3.
Then they are posted using biodegradable envelopes.
Do you ship internationally?

How do you donate towards African wildlife conservation?
Rhimani donates towards the charity Tusk. We are proud patrons of the African wildlife conservation charity. To find out more on Tusk and Rhimani's collaboration, take a look here.
We donate at least 10% of our makings towards conservation work. At the end of each year, we review our annual profit and make a donation towards Tusk.
How do you create your pieces?
Our beaded jewellery is handmade by us in Britain. We have a small team of jewellery makers who individually create Rhimani's delicate pieces. To find out more about how we curate our items, take a look here.
