If you received a faulty item email hello@rhimani.com straight away and send us a photo of the damage/fault. We will inspect the item and, if confirmed faulty, we will issue you a full refund.

Yes, if you wish to exchange please email us at hello@rhimani.com. We will check stock availability and email you back a free postage label to send the item back to us. After we receive this one, we will then send out your new item.

Sometimes Royal Mail can be a little delayed (mainly during bank holidays, postal strikes and the Christmas period). We recommend you hold tight for 7 working days to see if it is a little late and turns up in the post. If it still hasn't arrived, no problem, email us at hello@rhimani.com and we will sort it out quickly.

We offer two tiers of packaging and you can select which tier you'd like at our checkout.

TIER 1) Recycled magazine paper. This option is free.

TIER 2) Reusable jewellery box. This option is £3.

Then they are posted using biodegradable envelopes.

We donate at least 10% of our makings towards conservation work. At the end of each year, we review our annual profit and make a donation towards Tusk.
