- Returns are accepted within 30 days and are free on UK orders. Please email us (within 30 days) at hello@rhimani.com and we will send you a postage label for you to return it to us.
- After we receive the item, a refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
IMPORTANT:
- For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept returns/refunds on our earrings.
- Please note: Rhimani donates towards wildlife conservation. Rhimani donates at least 10% of it's profits towards the charity Tusk. Please take this into account when asking for a return. We will issue you a full refund.
- If you received a faulty item email hello@rhimani.com straight away and send us a photo of the damage/fault. Once we inspect the item and, if confirmed faulty, we will issue you a full refund.
- If you wish to exchange please email us at hello@rhimani.com.
- We will check stock availability and email you back a free postage label to send the item back to us. After we receive this one, we will then send out your new item.
- For international returns, you will arrange your own courier. Please email us at hello@rhimani.com if you're out of the UK and would like to return an item.
